HUNGARIAN GOULASH 
3 tbsp. hot fat
2 lbs. beef chuck, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 c. onions, sliced
2 sm. cloves garlic, minced
3/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. brown sugar
2 1/2 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
Dash of pepper

Brown beef chuck in 3 tablespoons hot fat. Add onions and garlic. Mix and stir in catsup, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, paprika, salt, dry mustard and pepper. Add 2 cups water. Cover and simmer 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Then thicken with a mixture of 2 tablespoons of flour and 1/4 cup water. Serve over cooked noodles. Garnish with parsley. Serves about 8.
