ICE CREAM DESSERT 
80 Ritz crackers
1 1/2 sticks melted butter
3/4 of half gal. vanilla ice cream
2 boxes instant coconut cream pie filling
1/2 c. milk
1 carton Cool Whip
5 Ritz crackers, crushed

Crush crackers; mix with melted butter. Pat into a 9 x 13 inch pan.

Cream together in large bowl ice cream, instant pie filling and milk. Beat well together. Pour over cracker crumbs. Refrigerate until set. Spread Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Refrigerate overnight.
