CARAMEL POPCORN 
20 c. popped corn
1 c. nuts
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. Karo syrup
1/4 c. molasses
2 sticks butter
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Mix popcorn and nuts in large bowl. Boil brown sugar, Karo syrup and molasses for 4 to 5 minutes (soft ball stage). Then add butter and boil and stir about 1 minute longer. Remove from heat and add soda. Pour over popcorn and nuts. Stir well. Spread on cookie sheet and bake 1 hour at 250 degrees. After baking, pour onto waxed paper until cool, separate and store in bags or cans.
