CARAWAY BUTTER ROLLS 
6 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 c. whole milk
1/4 lb. butter
2 pkg. yeast
3 eggs

Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a large pan. Scald milk and butter and set to cool. Dissolve yeast in a small amount of warm water. Beat eggs; mix flour mixture with liquids and knead well. Let rise double in size. Form into crescent rolls and sprinkle with caraway seeds. Bake at 400 degrees.
