BUTTER CRESCENT ROLLS 
1 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1-2 tsp. sugar
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter
1 c. milk
2 eggs, well beaten, room temperature
4-5 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water (105 degrees). Add 1-2 teaspoon sugar. In a saucepan mix and heat to 115-120 degrees the sugar, butter, and milk. Remove from heat. Add eggs and flour. Knead in the food processor until the dough pulls away from the edge of the food processor bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Take out 2-3 hours before rolling. Divide dough in half and roll into two circles. Spread on melted butter. Cut into pie shapes and roll up from the wide end. Let rise for 2 hours.

Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
