APPLE WALNUT CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil (Mazola or Wesson)
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. chopped apples
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped walnuts

Mix all ingredients together. Spread batter into oblong pan. Mix topping.

TOPPING:

5 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Cream butter with sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle on top of cake. Bake at 350 degrees until done. When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
