ITALIAN RUM CAKE 
1 pkg. Stella Dora sponge anise cookies
Nip of dark rum
1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
Maraschino cherries and nuts

Line an 8-inch square pan with a layer of cookies cut lengthwise. Sprinkle rum over cookies. Put 1 package chocolate pudding (1 1/2 cups milk), then one layer of Cool Whip, then cherries and nuts chopped. Another layer of cookies with rum, then package of vanilla pudding (1 1/2 cups milk). Cool Whip, cherries and nuts on top. Leave in refrigerator overnight. Delicious.
