CATALINE SALAD DRESSING 
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
pinch of paprika
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. freshly grated onion
1/2 cup organic cider vinegar
2/3 cup ketchup
1 cup vegetable or light olive oil

Using a blender, combine all ingredients until smooth.

Makes enough for several salads.

Store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
