GRILLED GARLIC TOAST 
1 loaf of quality French, Italian or sour dough bread, sliced 1/2 inch thick
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
3 cloves garlic, cut in half

Combine butter, oil and garlic in screw-top jar and let stand for an hour. Brush bread slices with butter mixture and grill over hot coals, turning frequently until browned.

Perfect for a barbecue.
