GRILLED GARLIC TOAST 
Italian bread, french bread, or sturdy, coarse whole grain bread unsliced
Olive oil
Garlic, peeled and halved

Cut bread in semi thick slices (3/4 to 1 inch) and brush generously with good olive oil. Toast over hot grill and rub with cut garlic before serving. Delicious with grilled meats, fresh vegetables and salads.
