MIMI'S SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP 
It a family favorite and a big hit at our parties!!!

2 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese (I like garden vegetable flavored)
2 (10 oz.) pkgs frozen spinach, thawed and drained well
2 jars marinated artichokes, drained and chopped
8 oz. dairy sour cream
1 medium onion, diced
1 large clove garlic, minced
1 pkg. real bacon bits
8 oz. Mexican cheese blend, shredded
4 oz. freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Bring cream cheese to room temperature. Place all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix for approximately 3 minutes to blend well.

Place in a 325°F degree oven for approximately 20 to 30 minutes until heated through.

Serve with chips or bread.
