ORANGE BAKED PORK CHOPS 
4 pork loin chops, 5 oz. each
1/2 c. orange juice, unsweetened
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. honey
1/8 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. minced onion flakes

Broil chops on a rack in a preheated broiler, turning once, until lightly browned. Place browned chops in a shallow baking pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
