LEMON MARINATED LAMB CHOPS 
4 lamb chops
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. sherry
1/3 c. cider vinegar
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. lemon-pepper seasoning
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. parsley
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
(Microwave roasting rack)

Place lamb chops in 12x8 inch utility dish. Mix oil, sherry, vinegar, onion, lemon-pepper seasoning, lemon juice, garlic, rosemary and Worcestershire sauce in 2 cup measure. Microwave 1 1/2 minutes on High or until hot. Pour over lamb chops. Cover. Let stand 3 hours or overnight, refrigerated.

Arrange marinated chops on roasting rack in 12x8 inch utility dish. Microwave on High for 5 minutes. Turn chops over. Microwave on Level 6 for 15 to 20 minutes or until chops are done. Serves 4.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
