CRISPY BAKED FISH 
1 lb. fish fillets
Freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsp. oil
1/3 c. corn flake crumbs

Wash and dry fillets cut into serving pieces. Season, dip in oil and coat with corn flake crumbs. Arrange in a single layer in a lightly oiled shallow baking dish. Bake at 500 degrees for 10 minutes without turning or basting. Yield: 4 servings. Approximate calories per serving: 260.
