CRISPY BAKED FISH 
1 lb. fish
Pepper
2 tbsp. oil
1/3 c. crushed cornflakes

Wash and dry fish fillets. Season with a little pepper. Brush with oil. Coat with crumbs. Place in a lightly oiled baking dish. Bake at 500 degrees for 10 minutes. If not covered, fish will be crisper.
