DAIRY POTATO BAKE 
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns chunks
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of celery soup
1 (12 to 14 oz.) sour cream
3 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 c. crushed cornflakes

Stir together the first eight ingredients. Pour into a 9 x 13 buttered pan (sprinkle with paprika, optional). Sprinkle crushed cornflakes on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Can be mixed up ahead of time and be frozen.
