DAIRY POTATO BAKE 
2 lb. hash browns, thawed
1/4 c. butter, melted
Dash of pepper
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 c. cornflakes, crushed
1/4 c. melted butter

Stir together 1st 8 ingredients. Fold into 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Top with cornflakes and melted butter. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 8-10.
