ROUND STEAK SAUERBRATEN 
1 1/2 lb. round steak, cubed
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 env. brown gravy mix
2 c. water
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
Dash salt & pepper
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 bay leaf

Brown meat, garlic and onion in oil. Add gravy mix and water. Boil. Add vinegar, sugar, seasonings. Cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours. Serve with sauerkraut salad and potato latkes or noodles.
