A.'S GRANOLA | |
5 c. oats 1 c. sesame seeds 1 c. wheat germ 1 c. sunflower seed 1 c. soy flour 1 c. dry milk 1 c. coconut 1 c. cashew pieces 1 c. pecan pieces 1 c. oil 1 c. honey 2 tsp. vanilla Combine all ingredients and bake at 300 degrees for 1/2 hour, stirring every 15 minutes, then bake at 250 degrees for 1/2 hour, stirring every 10 minutes. Add raisins and snipped dry apricots, about 2 cups. Makes very large batch. |
