SHIRLEY'S GRANOLA 
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. honey
1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. rolled oats
1 1/2 c. shredded unsweetened coconut
1 c. wheat germ
1 c. nuts, chopped (almonds, cashews or pecans)
1 c. sunflower seeds
1/2 c. sesame seeds
Dried fruit (do not add until baked)

Heat oil, honey and vanilla. Add heated mixture to dry ingredients and mix. Spread on oiled cookie sheet with sides. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes, stirring at 5-4-3-3-1-2 minute intervals. Add dried fruit. Store in tightly sealed container.
