BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheese Whiz (Mexican style adds zing)
1 1/3 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
3 pkgs. whole or chopped frozen broccoli (defrosted)

Cook rice. Mix remaining ingredients except broccoli. Combine rice, then broccoli. Cook at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes in 3 quart bowl.
