BROCCOLI CORN BREAD 
1 (10 oz.) box chopped broccoli, thawed and squeezed
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 stick butter, melted
1 lg. chopped onion
1 pkg. Mexican corn bread mix
1 c. cottage cheese
Dash of salt
1 tbsp. mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients together well. Pour in an iron skillet or whatever you bake corn bread in. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
