BROCCOLI CORN BREAD | |
Onion salt 1 pkg. frozen broccoli 4 eggs 6 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 tsp. salt 1 stick butter 1 box Jiffy corn bread Thaw broccoli. Drain well. Melt butter. Combine eggs, butter, salt, sour cream, Jiffy corn bread. Then add broccoli. Put in muffin pan (fill about 3/4 way up). Bake according to Jiffy directions. |
