BROCCOLI CORNBREAD 
2 pkg. cornbread mix (plain or Mexican)
3/4 c. milk
1 stick butter, melted
1 box frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
4 beaten eggs

Mix ingredients as listed. Bake at 350 degrees: 20 minutes for muffins; 30 minutes for pan or iron skillet.
