BROCCOLI CORNBREAD I 
1 (16 oz.) cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
4 beaten eggs
1 block butter
1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix

Melt butter, thaw broccoli; add all the rest of the ingredients, mix well. Pour into greased glass baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
