WANDA'S BROCCOLI CORNBREAD 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 (6 oz.) cottage cheese
1 stick butter
3 eggs, beaten
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt

Mix all of the above ingredients together except the corn muffin mix. Add the muffin mix and mix well. Pour into well greased 8 x 12 or 9 x 13 Pyrex dish and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Recipe freezes well.
