BROCCOLI CORNBREAD 
1 box frozen broccoli, (thawed)
1 box (10 1/2 oz.) Jiffy Corn Muffin mix
1/2 to 1 stick of butter
2 eggs
1 onion, if desired
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute onions in butter. In large bowl mix remaining ingredients. Pour into pan (greased pan if less than 1 stick of butter is used). Bake at 400 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
