OLD FASHION BISCUITS 
3 c. flour (heaping)
1 tsp. baking soda (level)
1 tsp. salt (level)
1 tsp. baking powder (heaping)
2 tsp. cream of tartar (heaping, I use Bakwell)
1 tbsp. Crisco (heaping)
2 c. milk (approx.)

Have dough very moist. Can use water. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes.
