BEEF SLICES IN WINE 
2 lb. flank steak
1/4 c. butter
2 cloves crushed garlic
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. oregano
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 c. wine
1/2 lb. mushrooms
1 tbsp. flour

Cut steak diagonally into 1/4 inch slices. Saute a few at a time. As they brown, remove from pan. Pour off drippings. Add seasonings and tomato sauce and wine. Simmer covered one hour and stir occasionally. Add mushrooms; simmer 5 minutes. Combine 2 tablespoons water and flour. Add. Bring to boil and serve over noodles.
