3 or 4 med. (peeled) sweet potatoes, boiled until tender
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. brown sugar
Marshmallows to cover top of casserole

Drain boiled potatoes and mash. Put in butter and add sugar and vanilla and mix well. Pour into casserole dish and add marshmallows to cover top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees until marshmallows are brown (approximately 5 minutes). Serves 6 people.
