HOT MEXICAN DIP 
1 lg. cream cheese
1 sm. can jalapenos, already cut
1 jar med. salsa (mild or hot whatever desired)
1 tomato
1/4 onion
1 pkg. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Nachos
Glass pan 8x11.5

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

1. On bottom of pan spread cream cheese.

2. Add salsa. Spread across pan.

3. Dice up tomato and onion. Spread across pan.

4. Spread a few jalapenos over the first 3 layers (you may omit jalapenos if you don't care for things too hot or just use a few).

5. Last layer spread both packages of cheese across the top.

Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove from oven, let sit for 5 minutes. Serve with nachos.
