HOT MEXICAN DIP 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. taco sauce
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 1/4 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese (6 oz.)

Cook and stir beef and onion in skillet until beef is brown; drain. Stir in taco sauce, beans, and 1 cup cheese. Heat stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted. Pour into serving dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top in a ring. Serve with tortilla chips.
