ALMOND POPPY SEED LOAF 
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 1/2 tsp. butter flavoring
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 1/8 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. milk

Combine all ingredients and mix for 3 minutes. Pour into 2 greased 9"x5" loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
