BROWN AND SERVE CHICKEN 
1 pkg. boneless chicken thigh meat
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
10 oz. pkg. frozen rice pilaf, prepared according to pkg. directions
1/4 c. chopped parsley

Place chicken in baking dish. Combine sugar, butter, and garlic salt. Spoon evenly over chicken pieces. Bake in 375 degree oven for 30 minutes. Turn chicken and baste with sauce after 15 minutes. Serve on hot rice; garnish with parsley. Serves 4.
