Potatoes
Chicken, cut up
Onions
Carrots
Salt, pepper, and garlic
Water

In large oven pan place variety of chicken cut up. Slice whole raw potatoes about 1/4 inch thick and place in pan around chicken.

Slice whole onions the same way and spread over chicken and potatoes. Cut carrots 1/4 inch and add to pan. Season entire mix with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper, poultry seasoning - lightly, and oregano. Cover with water to 1/2 inch below top of pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.

This could take a little longer depending on your oven. When finished the chicken should flake off easily. Baste often while cooking. Serve in cooking pan to keep hot. To reheat, put pan back in oven at 325 degrees.
