PICANTE SAUCE 
4 lbs. chopped tomatoes
2 chopped onions
6 hot peppers
2 tbsp. chili pepper
2 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 can tomato paste
1/4 c. white vinegar

Mix all ingredients in large pan on stove. Cook until tender. Pack in jars. Process in boiling water for 14 minutes. Makes 6-8 pints.
