PIZZA QUICHE 
1 Pillsbury all ready pie crust (dairy case)
1 tsp. flour
3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. (2 oz.) sliced pepperoni
4.5 oz. jar Green Giant sliced mushrooms, drained
3/4 c. milk
1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
2 eggs
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 sm. garlic clove, minced

Prepare crust according to package directions for filled one-crust pie, using 9-inch pie plate or 9-inch quiche pan.

Layer Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese in crust-lined pan. Top with mushrooms and pepperoni.

In medium bowl, combine milk, eggs, Italian seasoning, and garlic; beat well. Pour egg mixture over mushrooms. Bake at 400 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.

Meanwhile, simmer spaghetti sauce for 2-3 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Cut quiche in wedges and spoon spaghetti sauce over each wedge when serving.
