HAMBURGER QUICHE 
Pastry for 9 inch pan or pie pan
3/4 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. allspice
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. salad oil
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar or Swiss cheese, divided

Brown ground beef in skillet; drain well. Add seasonings and set aside. Saute onion and green pepper in salad oil; add to meat mixture.

Combine mayonnaise, milk, eggs and cornstarch; mix thoroughly. Add custard mixture to meat mixture. Stir in half the cheese. Pour into quiche shell and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until firm in center.
