GROUND BEEF QUICHE 
1 unbaked pie shell
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. mayonnaise

In skillet, brown ground beef with onions and drain. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine remaining ingredients and add to beef. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Garnish with parsley and halved cherry tomatoes.
