TACO HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 med. onion
1 clove garlic, minced
7 to 8 taco shells
1 can whole kernel corn
2 sm. cans tomato sauce
Grated cheese
Olives (optional)

Mix hamburger, chili powder, salt, onion and garlic. Cook 7 minutes and drain. Layer as follows in a 12x9 inch baking dish: 3 to 4 taco shells, 1/2 meat mixture, 1/2 corn, 1 can tomato sauce and 1/2 cheese. Repeat. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. This will freeze very well.
