EASY HAMBURGER QUICHE 
1/2 lb. lean hamburg
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 c. thinly sliced onion
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. cubed extra sharp cheese (cheddar)
1 tbsp. Cheez Whiz
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 dashes pepper (to taste)
1 unbaked 9" or 10" pie shell

Lightly brown hamburg, stirring to keep separated. Drain and set aside.

Combine milk, mayonnaise, eggs, Cheez Whiz and Parmesan and pepper. Beat until well mixed. Add meat, cubed cheddar, onion and beat again. Pour into pastry shell and bake at 350 degrees until firm and lightly browned, about 40 minutes. Serves 4 to 6. This makes a fine meal.
