STRAWBERRY PRETZEL SALAD | |
2 c. broken thin pretzels 1 stick butter 4 tbsp. sugar 8 oz. Cool Whip 8 oz. cream cheese, soft 1 c. sugar 6 oz. strawberry Jello 1/2 c. cold water 16 oz. frozen strawberries 2 c. boiling water Mix pretzels, butter and 4 tablespoons of sugar. Put into greased 9 x 13 inch dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes. Mix Cool Whip, cram cheese and 1 cup of sugar and put on cooled pretzels. Chill until firm. Mix Jello, water and strawberries and let partially congeal. Pour over cheese layer. Refrigerate until set. |
