DIRTY RICE DRESSING 
1 c. rice
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. chicken livers
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 c. chopped bell peppers
1 bunch green onions and tops, chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 clove garlic, chopped
hot sauce to taste
thyme and sweet basil

Cover rice with salted water. Water should be 1-inch above rice. Cook until rice is fluffy (or you may use Minute rice). In a skillet, sauté ground meat and livers in 1/4 pound of butter. Add remaining ingredients and mix together in a large bowl using natural gravy from turkey or hen to moisten.
