QUICK BUT TASTY CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef (lean)
1 can golden mushroom soup
Chopped onions (I use lots but it may be less, use as desired)
Frozen tator tots, enough to cover top

Spray with Pam and line an 8"x10" glass casserole dish with lumpy ground beef. Top beef with chopped onions forming a "layer". Spread golden mushroom soup across onions. Top soup with frozen tator tots that are touching each other. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let set for a few minutes after removing from oven. Serve with fresh green vegetables (broccoli goes nicely) and a tossed salad and garlic bread.
