MICROWAVE CARAMEL CORN | |
1 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. butter (1 stick) 1/2 c. dark Karo syrup Popped popcorn Mix and boil first 3 ingredients for approximately 8 minutes until mixture forms strings. (Test in cold water). Fill brown paper grocery bag about 1/4 full with popped popcorn. (spray bag well with PAM first). Pour mixture over popcorn. Microwave on high 1 1/2 minutes. Stir. Microwave on high 1 1/2 minutes more. Stir. Microwave on high 30 seconds more. Turn out of bag onto cookie sheet. Let cool. |
