BLUEBERRY BUCKLE 
2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shortening
3/4 c. milk
1 egg
2 c. blueberries

Mix everything together, add topping. Bake at 375 degrees for 45-50 minutes in a greased 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. soft butter

Sprinkle on top of batter, then bake.
