BLUEBERRY BUCKLE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. soft shortening
2 eggs
1 c. milk
4 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
4 c. fresh blueberries

Mix together first 4 ingredients. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Blend in blueberries.

CRUMB TOPPING:

1 c. sugar
2/3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. soft butter

Mix together until crumbly and sprinkle on top of cake. Bake at 375 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
