BLUEBERRY BUCKLE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. blueberries

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, milk, and sifted dry ingredients. Mix well. Fold blueberries in gently with spoon. Pour batter into greased 9-inch pan.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. grated orange or lemon rind

Mix topping ingredients and crumble on top of blueberry batter. Bake for 45 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
