LONDON BROIL 
1-2 lb. top round steak, 1 inch thick
3 (12 oz) can beer
1/3 c. soy sauce, Kikkoman
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Combine all ingredients except steak in dish deep enough to hold without over flowing.

Place steak in beer mix and pierce with a fork on both sides all over. Leave steak soaking about 6-8 hours. Have at room temperature before cooking.

Inside cooking - 1st side 10 minutes under the broiler. 2nd side 7 minutes for medium rare.

To serve - carve in thin strips with the grain.
