JOANN'S GRILLED LONDON BROIL 
Flank steak, 1/2 to 1 inch thick
Minced onions
Seasoning salt
Worcestershire sauce
Dry red wine
Meat tenderizer
Garlic powder

Place steak in dish, pierce with fork. Sprinkle with onions, salt, tenderizer, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce. Add wine to cover. Marinate for at least 1 hour. Grill over hot coals to desired doneness. Slice diagonally in very thin strips.
